DMCC JUNE 2025 FIRST TIME HOME BUYER WORKSHOP

As a HUD approved housing counseling agency, DMCC offers a home buyer workshop. If you are a first-time home buyer (or have not owned a home for at least three years), you could be eligible for down payment assistance when purchasing a home. Attending this virtual workshop and participating in a 2-hour counseling session with one of our counselors (over the telephone) will meet most program requirements.
