Home Buyer Orientation: Lighthouse Point

You must attend this session before attending our Homebuyer Education Workshop. You do not need to register to join this orientation.

At this orientation, homebuyers will be given a basic introduction to the grants and programs available to assist in the purchase process. Homebuyers will also learn if they are mortgage ready, how to manage their money and credit.

Homebuyers that have a prequalification letter from a financial institution or a signed residential sales purchase contract will be able to register for our Homebuyer Education Workshop. Look for this workshop on our calendar of events, typically held the second Saturday of each month.
